I made this card awhile ago, for no particular reason. Turns out, it's one of my daughter's favorites! Had to post it. All Stampin' Up products.

Sister Anniversary Card

I used a digi stamp by Bugaboo. Crack me up. Then I colored it with copics and tried up my pearl spritz. May have gone overboard on the spritz, but it was fun :-)

Thank-you cards

I had to get my thank-you's out today to my family for the birthday gifts. It was fun hanging out in the craft room today :-)

Soccer girl

I made this little card for my daughter, who loves soccer (hence the title of my blog - tee hee). I think it turned out very cute.

Butterfly card

Card I made "just because". All papers and stamps from Stampin' Up. Punch from Martha Stewart. I love butterflies

Congrats card

My niece just found out that a dance that she has choreographed for her high school dance corps is going to be performed at the National High School Dance Festival! Whoot Whoot! She is also in the running got the festival's Outstanding Student Choreography award. So very proud of her.

I am so proud of my daughter, I just have to share. She has Aspergers yet manages to function quite "normally" (whatever that truly is). Anyways, this is her second year of basketball and she is really starting to become a player. I'm trying to learn how to do digital scrapbooking, since I don't always have time to get it done otherwise. This is one of my first attempts. And yes, she made the shot :-)

Another January birthday - this is for my niece. I embossed the MPS Happy Birthday sentiment, but it's hard to see in this picture. I also used some Stickles on some of the  circles, but those are hard to see as well. I need to hire my 13-year-old to take my blog pictures!!!

Hope you're having a great evening.

My 22-year-old nephew sent me the sweetest note the other day. Apparently he wants to bring back the ancient art of handwritten notes! I discovered this smiley face the other day while looking through my cartridges (Wild Card), so I just had to use it. My nephew is the lucky one to get a card with it :-)

"A" layout

I was inspired by Erica's challenge to her designers to use a cartridge that start with the letter A. I used CTMH's Art Philosophy to make the big "A" and the phrase "is for:". The paper is from my stash, so I'm not sure where it came from. Here's Erica's post:

I had a lot of fun putting this together :-)

Learning to take photos with a DSLR camera

Learning to take photos with a DSLR camera
This card is for my sil's birthday. My family has so many January birthdays!

Layer - SU Island Indigo cut at 6 1/4 x 4 3/4.

Cricut Doodlecharms hat (used as a megaphone) and border cut at 2 1/2. Megaphone is SU Calypso Coral. I cut the border out of a cereal box, then layered Jen Reed digital paper from the Eat Cake kit, also cut at 2 1/2. I used the top of the hat for the extra "confetti".

SU basic pearls on the confetti.

I stamped the sentiment using a My Pink Stampers from birthday crazy. It's hard to see, but the sentiment is stamped using SU's island indigo ink.
