Bday Card

My mother's birthday is coming up. I wanted to do something colorful for her - here it is.

Thank you card

Thank you card for my mom. The Destination stamp is one of my favorites. I heat embossed the image with clear powder. Then I rubbed four different colors of blue and adhered it to the card. The sentiment is from MPS.

Christmas 2012 Card

Here's my Xmas card for 2012. Slowly getting into the Christmas spirit. I always wait until after my daughter's birthday (Dec 3) to put up any decorations.

I made this card box and set of cards for my mom for Xmas. I didn't put a sentiment on the cards so that she can use them for any occasion. 

All the papers were from my stash. Mostly Stampin' Up + Teresa Collins. The flower and vase are from CTMH Art Philosophy cartridge. 

Halloween Card

I just love this cute witch from Pink Gem Designs. I used Spectrum Noir markers, misc. papers and the stamp set is from Stampin' Up (it's several years old).

Bday card for my niece

It's been awhile since I last posted anything on here. I've been doing a lot of Project Life, which is easy to post here! My 13-yr-old helped me with this card. I think she did a fantastic job :-)

A card for my mom. I am sending some pictures to her and needed to include a card (of course). I lifted this idea from June Houck, her blog entry from March 8th! I LOVED her card. I downloaded the digital This + That collection from Jessica Sprague's website.  I'm thinking mom is going to love this :-)

Another Spring card

It's 53° here today. It's February. Apparently Mother Nature is not aware of that fact. Not that I'm complaining! Felt the need for another Spring card.

It really feels like Spring here, so I decided to make a Spring card.

February Birthdays

I made 2 cards yesterday, using the same Art Philosophy cupcake. One is for my niece and one is for my brother. I really like how they turned out.

Another January birthday - this is for my niece. I embossed the MPS Happy Birthday sentiment, but it's hard to see in this picture. I also used some Stickles on some of the  circles, but those are hard to see as well. I need to hire my 13-year-old to take my blog pictures!!!

This card is for my sil's birthday. My family has so many January birthdays!

Layer - SU Island Indigo cut at 6 1/4 x 4 3/4.


Cricut Doodlecharms hat (used as a megaphone) and border cut at 2 1/2. Megaphone is SU Calypso Coral. I cut the border out of a cereal box, then layered Jen Reed digital paper from the Eat Cake kit, also cut at 2 1/2. I used the top of the hat for the extra "confetti".


SU basic pearls on the confetti.


I stamped the sentiment using a My Pink Stampers from birthday crazy. It's hard to see, but the sentiment is stamped using SU's island indigo ink.

Camera Thank You

My sister bought my daughter a camera for her birthday and a new lens for Christmas. Thought this would be a cute thank-you card for her to send.
